I’m Jack. Born and raised in regional Victoria, I know the joys and the challenges of life in the country. I know that finding someone to talk to isn’t always straightforward.
At Red Gum Reflections, we offer real conversations backed by years of study and practical experience. Our work blends professionalism with the kind of plain-spoken approach that speaks to regional and rural men.
We provide outcome-focused, respectful support to help people reflect, make sense of things, and move forward with more clarity and meaning. The first step is simply showing up.

WHAT TO EXPECT
We’ll start with a phone call to see if we’re a good fit and cover the basics, ask me any questions about how I work and what to expect.
In our first session, we’ll talk about privacy, confidentiality, what’s brought you here and set a pace that feels steady and respectful.
Sessions can be in person, online, or by phone - camera optional.
If I’m not the right fit, I’ll help you find someone who is.
